John Taylor – Secondary/Wide Receivers
Coach Taylor is a 1967 graduate of Stone High School in Melbourne, Florida and received his teaching degree from Florida Memorial University in Miami, Florida in 1971. In 1980, he earned a Masters degree in curriculum supervision at Wright State University. He is a retired teacher after 39 years and has coached high school football and basketball for over 30 years in either Florida or Ohio. This is his first season coaching football at West Carrollton after serving as a basketball assistant the past two seasons. |

Doug Hatcher – Running Backs/Asst Linebackers – Junior Varsity Offense
Coach Hatcher is a 1981 graduate of West Carrollton High School and has been coaching in the WC football program for 23 years at the 8th and 9th grade levels. This season will be Coach Hatcher’s first year as a Varsity Assistant Coach. Coach Hatcher is the Fire Inspector for the Moraine Fire Division and has been the WC Varsity Softball Coach for 8 years. He and his wife, Karen are lifelong residents of WC along with their two daughters Rachael (2005 WC graduate) and Stacey (2009 WC Graduate). |

Larry Williams - Freshman Head Coach
Coach Williams is a graduate of Withrow High School and received his teaching degree from Valdosta State University, Valdosta Georgia, and National University, Lajolla California. Coach Williams’s rich coaching history started in the late nineteen seventies where he was an assistant football and baseball coach for the Cincinnati recreational league. He later joined the US Marine Corps and served 20 years where he experienced what he believes to the pinnacle of teamwork and leadership. Coach Williams played running back and corner back for 1st LAV Battalion and 2nd Battalion 5th Marines, and subsequently became the Offense Coordinator and Head Coach. For the past five years, Coach Williams has coached football, basketball and track in Dayton Public Schools. Coach Williams is married and has four sons. Blondie (wife) Shawn, Larry II, Edwin, and Caleb (sons). |

Greg Silverman – Asst Coach
Coach Silverman is a graduate of Fairmont High School and Ohio University with a teaching degree. Coach Silverman teaches Social Studies at West Carrollton High School. This is his first year coaching and teaching at West Carrollton. |

Derek Hauk – Asst Coach
Coach Hauk is a 2006 graduate of West Carrollton High School and played football on the 2005 playoff team. Coach Hauk is currently a student at Wright State University studying to be a high school social studies teacher. This will be his fourth year coaching and fourth year working for the West Carrollton School District. |

Andy Malcolm – Head Coach
Coach Malcolm is a 1995 graduate of Waynesville High School, and a 2001 graduate of Wright State University. This is Coach Malcolm’s tenth year teaching Physical Education at West Carrollton Middle School. He has coached football for nine of his ten years while at West Carrollton. Coach Malcolm and his wife Kristen, son Owen and daughter Evelyn reside in Waynesville.

Brian Repka – Asst Coach
Coach Repka is starting his second year of football with the West Carrollton Pirates moving from freshman team to the 8th grade, this will be his 4th year of coaching total. He will be working on the defensive side of the ball and with lineman. Coach Repka still assists with off season training for the varsity. In May he will welcome his second daughter, Norah and enjoys life with his little daughter Olivia and wife Jenny. |

Jason Seifert – Head Coach
Coach Seifert is a 1995 graduate of West Carrollton High School and 2000 graduate of Wright State University. He immediately began teaching with West Carrollton schools at Harry Russell elementary, where he remains today. Coach Seifert has coached multiple sports for West Carrollton including football, basketball, baseball, and golf. He has been a head varsity coach in both girls basketball and boys golf. Coach Seifert lives in West Carrollton with his wife Jennifer, who is also a West Carrollton graduate, and his two children. |

Zac Philpot – Asst Coach
Coach Philpot is a 2006 graduate from West Carrollton High School, where he played football. This will be Coach Philpot’s third year coaching at the middle school level. Coach Philpot also does the stats for the varsity on Friday night and works on the football website. He is currently pursuing a Degree in Middle Childhood Education. |

Tim McKinney – Asst Coach
Coach Mckinney is a 1995 graduate of Trotwood-Madison High School. He acquired his bachelor's degree from Central State University. He continued his education at Antioch-McGregor where he earned his masters in special education. Currently coach McKinney teaches in the Dayton Public School district as a intervention specialist. This is his 3rd year coaching and first with West Carrollton school district. Coach Mckinney has worked numerous football camps and other events for his brothers foundation Bj Kids 91, which allows him to give back to the community through athletics and education. Coach McKinney along with his wife Tamesha and two daughters, Yasmine and Rashadia, reside in Huber Heights. |
