Mission
The mission of the West Carrollton Pirate Football program is to prepare young men to compete at the highest level on the field and in life by building the individual player to be a better person through the understanding and promoting of responsibility, respect, honesty, citizenship, commitment, leadership, and team.
Coach Philosophy
I believe that football demands more commitment than any other sport. Players must be willing to make football a priority in their lives, and they will be challenged physically and mentally throughout their football careers to be the best they can be. My number one goal as a coach is to promote the assets necessary to make each individual player a better all around person. Players must discipline themselves to make good choices off the field and keep their switch on while on the field. If I know what kind of person I have, then I know what kind of player I will have.
